The AVUSD Focus Parent Portal is now live!

The Focus Parent Portal combines our previous Aeries accounts and ParentSquare Communications into one platform. Families who had an Aeries account will already have a Focus account. Options on how to login are listed below.
For the best experience, use a web browser to navigate to the Focus Parent Portal and not the mobile app for phones.

I had an Aeries account and I know the email I used for it.

Option 1: I used a Gmail account for my Aeries account username.
Simple! Go to the AVUSD Focus Parent Portal and enter your gmail as your username then click "Sign in with Google". Your account is ready to use!
Option 2: I used a non-Gmail (Yahoo, AOL, Outlook, Hotmail, iCloud, etc.) account for my Aeries account username.
Go to the AVUSD Focus Parent Portal and enter your email as your username and then click "Forgot Password". Follow the instructions to set a new password. Login with your username and new password. Your account is ready to use!

You will need to create an account. Start at the AVUSD Focus Enrollment Page. Scroll to the the bottom and select "Start HERE to Create Your Parent Portal Account". You will need your student's ID number. If you do not know your student's ID number, please call your student's school. Follow the prompts to create your account, verify your email, and login. Next time you login, you will be able to go to the AVUSD Focus Parent Portal directly.

Once you have logged into your AVUSD Focus Parent Portal account, you will be prompted to fill out the Back to School forms (perviously Aeries Data Confirmation). Completion of the Back to School forms is required to view your student's tentative schedule. Please review this information carefully before submitting the forms.
