Transcripts

Requesting Transcripts and Records

If you are requesting records for grades TK to 8th grade, please send a request to the school the student is currently enrolled in or last attended.  If requesting Special Education records, please call 760-247-8001 ext. 20555 or 20554.

Please fill out the Transcript Request Form to order yours or your student's records. A valid photo ID (Driver's License, State Issued ID, or Passport) is required to process requests. Please email a photo or scan of your photo ID to melissa_trevino@avusd.org or fax to (760) 247-6548 or (760) 247-8907 after filling out the Transcript Request Form.


If you are unable to fill the Transcript Request Form out, you can also submit a request by:
