If you are requesting records for grades TK to 8th grade, please send a request to the school the student is currently enrolled in or last attended. If requesting Special Education records, please call 760-247-8001 ext. 20550.
Requesting Transcripts and Records
Transcripts and Immunizations Records may be requested at the district office, by email, fax or regular mail. Please allow 3-5 business days to process.
A valid driver’s license, state ID or Passport (with picture) IS REQUIRED to process any records request. The request WILL NOT be processed without a valid picture ID.
A student 18 years or older must request their own records. A student under 18 years old must have their parent/guardian submit the request on their behalf.
