Parents please complete for students who have issues with cow's milk. We offer soy or lactose free milk.

Apple Valley Unified School District will be offering breakfast and lunch at no charge to all AVUSD students under the Community Eligibility Provision through the National School Lunch / School Breakfast Programs for the 2026-2027 school year at the following school sites:

A la Carte Sales
All students are eligible for breakfast and lunch, at no cost. All school sites sell milk and juice. Apple Valley Unified Nutrition Services Department is a cashless department. We will not longer be selling other a la carte items.
If you would like to request a refund, please email melissa_carlos@avusd.org. Include your student's name, date of birth, school, parent/guardian name, phone number, and the address you would like the refund mailed to. A refund check will be processed and mailed to your mailing address on file, unless otherwise indicated, in 4-6 weeks. If your student has a sibling who is remaining in the district, we can transfer the funds to their account. Please include the name of the sibling and date of birth, as well as your authorization to make the transfer in your email.
