Must Have:
Up to date Immunization Record (to be enrolled) Pre-enrollment will be offered for those with scheduled doctor appointments for current immunization.
Original Birth Certificate or Passport (Or hospital birth record, adoption record or baptismal certificate)
Student Social Security Number (If Applicable)
Proof of Residency (mail postmarked within 30 days that is addressed to parent/guardian from a County, State or Government agency )
Parent Photo ID
Who can register a child?
Only a parent or legal guardian may register a child. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, or siblings may not register a child unless they are the child's legal guardian.
What is the Kindergarten age requirement?
Students eligible for Kindergarten for the 2022-2023 school year must turn 5 years old on or before September 1st. Birth dates for Kindergarten students would be September 2, 2016- September 1, 2017.
What is the Universal Transitional Kindergarten Age Requirement?
Students eligible for Transitional Kindergarten for the 2022-2023 school year must turn 5 years old between September 2, 2022 and February 2, 2023. Birth dates for TK students would be September 2, 2017- February 2, 2018.
