Ten students represented Apple Valley Unified School District at the 2016 Skills USA Nationals, held June 21-24 in Louisville, Ky. and were honored to each be named one of the top ten teams across the nation.

Granite Hills High School’s Chapter Business Procedure Team placed 9th in the nation, in what was only the school’s 2nd year of competition in this category.

From Apple Valley High School, Natalie Beindara and Mackenzie Goodrow placed 6th in the nation for Digital Video Production, and Ahsan Bari and Gabriel Rodriguez placed 6th in the nation for Web Page Design.

Congratulations to all of the students for their hard work, dedication, and honors at Skills USA Nationals!
