AVHS TEACHERS RECOGNIZED FOR OUTSTANDING IMPACT

On April 25, three Apple Valley High School teachers were recognized for the outstanding impact they have left on the students and staff at their campus:

Congratulations to Apple Valley High School's Stephanie Arredondo for being recognized by "Teachers 'R' Heroes" as this month's favorite High Desert teacher! On April 25, representatives from y102, Kat Country, Victor Valley College, Supervisor Robert Lovingood's office, Representative Paul Cook's office, and AVUSD surprised Arrendondo on campus and recognized her for her dedication to her students. 

Later that same day, AVHS teachers Jamie O'Keefe and Carol Moore were honored as the "Most Inspirational" teachers by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day SaintsStudents who attend the church submitted the nomination.
